SHIPPING AND RETURNS

PACKAGING

All of our pieces come beautifully wrapped in a branded leatherette box, tied furoshiki-style with a custom silk scarf specific to the collection. This will be shipped in a discreet box with fully recyclable padding.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA

We offer 5 day handling and complimentary 2 day shipping on all domestic orders. The package will be insured against theft and accidental damage, once it is signed for we are no longer liable. For courier services within New York City, please reach out to us at orders@de-vos.us

With the exception of one-of-a-kind pieces, many of our pieces are made to order and take 4-6 weeks to create. We will email you with an estimated shipping date within a week of your order. The shipping information for each piece is located under the “shipping” tab on the product page. For rush orders please contact us at orders@de-vos.us and we will do our best to help.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you would like to make a return, please contact us within three days of signing for your package, we will send you a prepaid label and arrange pickup. We accept returns on all orders, including made to order pieces with exceptions for pieces that have been resized or custom made. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange in the event that the piece we receive is determined to be damaged. Returns should include all original packaging.

In the event that you notice damage to your piece on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a return.

All custom made pieces are final sale.
